If you would like to arrange a visit to view the crockery and select specific items, this can be arranged by prior appointment. This service is available at a cost of £40.00. If you subsequently hire the crockery, £25 will be deducted from the balance.
The standard hire period for crockery and accessories is 1-4 days but we would be happy to discuss an extension, any extra costs to be charged at a pro rata rate. Please ask for a quotation for longer periods of hire. Our minimum order for china only and mixed china and accessories/games orders is £125. Our minimum order for games and accessories is £100. Delivery is charged at 45p per mile . Remember that we will need to return to base each time but we do not charge all of this to our customers.
Please mention any specific items that you haven’t been able to find on the site because we may well be able to source them for you.

We have made an effort to source some of the best bone china pieces that we could find from companies such as Royal Albert, Colclough, Duchess, Tuscan, Adderley and Paragon and are proud of our high-quality collection which is growing all the time. We also have a wide range of beautifully hand-embroidered tablecloths and some lovely pieces of cut glass and art deco glassware. We have tried to make our prices competitive and our washing up service is free!!
What happens if items get lost or damaged?
We ask for a returnable damage deposit with the final balance payment. For more information, have a look at our terms and conditions. You will find a link on the Helpful Information page.
How long can we hire the items for?
The standard hire period is 1-4 days but alternative arrangements can be made on request.
Do you wash the items or do we have to?
Please repack the items in the same way they were delivered to you and we will be happy to do the washing up free of charge. If you need to re-use any items that are on hire we ask that you (or your caterers) carefully hand wash as the collection is bone china and extremely delicate.
Does your crockery match?
We can provide individual trios or mix and match – whichever you prefer.
Are we able to choose the crockery for our event?

Our vintage china is suitable for a wide range of occasions from afternoon tea, christenings, weddings, mother’s day treats and tea dances to photo shoots, hen parties and corporate events.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in North Bucks and have an additional office in South London. We usually cover Beds, Bucks, Northants, Cambs, Herts, London and Surrey but are happy to discuss travel to other parts of the country.
